The HOA at Rosy Hills nestled on the outskirts of Asheville is a private community of 3 to 10 acre lots that are less than 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. The location is premium and right on the border of Asheville and Fairview. With a stunning ridgeline at 2900 ft in elevation, this "hill" is nestled amongst the larger surrounding mountains - giving it protection from storms. It is also on a street called Rose Hill Rd, which is one street parallel from the Blue Ridge Parkway!

The HOA Board selected Big Trouble, Little Chainsaw to do its annual road maintenance to make sure the road is clear of leaves, Kudzu, and overgrowth.

Vic Pariso, of Big Trouble, Little Chainsaw said, "We are excited to work this half mile road that is steep slope to make sure the residents of this special community are proud of their drives up the road to their homes. We are certainly grateful to the board for selecting us and will work hard to bring out the natural beauty of Rosy Hill to make it a model community for Asheville and the greater Western North Carolina communities."
